Test Overview

The Test of Proficiency in Korean (TOPIK) is a standardized language test designed for non-native speakers to assess their proficiency in the Korean language. Administered by the National Institute for International Education (NIIED), TOPIK is recognized globally for academic, professional, and immigration purposes.

Test Structure

TOPIK II

  • Duration: 180 minutes (split into two sessions).
  • Sections:
    1. Listening (50 questions, 60 minutes).
    2. Reading (50 questions, 70 minutes).
    3. Writing (4 tasks, 50 minutes).
