Test Preparation

The International English Language Testing System (IELTS) is the world’s most widely used English language test. Over 25 years ago, IELTS was one of the pioneers of four skills English language assessment, and it continues to set the bar for English language testing today. Over 9,000 organizations worldwide recognize IELTS as proof of English language proficiency. Over 2.2 million exams were administered globally last year. IELTS is recognized as a secure, authentic, and accurate assessment of true English communication competence for education, immigration, and professional certification. British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge English Language Assessment jointly own IELTS, which is administered in over 1,000 test centers and locations throughout 140 countries.

The Pearson Test of English Academic is a language test meant to assess non-native English speakers’ preparation to engage in a university-level English language education program. Pearson developed PTE Academic in response to a need from institutions, governments, and other organizations for a more accurate method of testing non-native English language students entering the English-speaking academic environment.

The Japanese Language NAT-TEST is a test that assesses students who are not native Japanese speakers’ capacity to communicate in Japanese. The tests are divided into five levels of difficulty, and general competence is measured in three categories: grammar/vocabulary, listening, and reading comprehension. The exam format and question categories are identical to those found on the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).
